On last April we have talked about Software as a Service (SaaS) from Phase 2, especially Hosted Lotus Notes and its benefits to streamline business applications of small to medium sized businesses. In the era of cloud computing today, SaaS will increasingly be used by companies, non-profit organizations, and even personnel because of the needs of anywhere, anytime. People don’t have to bring a device (such as laptop, mobile phone) with a lot of processing applications installed and extra storage for that. With SaaS, People only need a small enough device (thin client) with all processing and storage of data is done in the cloud server/data center via internet connections.
