Talking about Japan’s comics, or usually called Manga, Naruto is probably one of the most popular ones today. Just like Akira Toriyama’s Dragon Ball, Naruto series become a phenomenon worldwide. First published in 1999 in Japan, now Naruto has translated version and become VIZ Media’s best-seller manga in America. Not only that, in 2002, the first episode of Naruto Anime TV series was also premiered on TV Tokyo network and the next episodes are still being aired today with new stories titled Naruto Shippuden, including 5 Naruto The Movies. In the United States, it can be watched on Toonami Cartoon Network at 9PM-10PM on Saturdays, on YTV’s Bionix in Canada and Jetix in UK. The latest chapter of Naruto manga released is chapter 389 while the latest anime is episode 154.

The Naruto itself is about shinobi life (ninja history) with main character a boy called Uzumaki Naruto – an orphan and outcast, hyperactive adolescent ninja who constantly searches for approval and recognition, as well as to become Hokage,  the leader and strongest of all ninja in the Konoha. The story is full of surprises, actions and drama. In his journey of life, Uzumaki Naruto accompanied by his best friends forever, including the girl he loves Sakura, his pervy teacher Jiraiya-sensei and his rival but best friend Uchiha Sasuke. more…
