AMC (AdvancedMC) is the PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group’s specification (PICMG AMC.0, AMC.1, AMC.2, AMC.3 and AMC.4 respectively) for hot-swappable FRUs (field replaceable units) and field-replaceable mezzanine cards, enabling them to be replaced individually in the field.
