A worm spread evil code to Facebook users. Representative Facebook, Barry Schnitt said that the worm is not new, these worms have been present in August, and this worm variants is only to target Facebook users.

Social networking company, Facebook has been hold discussions with the acquisition of Twitter, the company’s micro-blogging. Negotiations put a value of $ 500 million to Twitter, which has become one of large Silicon Valley companies. Speech is first reported in the AllThingsD blog, which directly confirmed by both parties.

Facebook offers payment for acquisition in-stock. Compare with value of purchace worth $ 15 billion offered by Microsoft Corp. to buy Facebook last year, the value of purchases from Facebook to Twitter still be quite small. more…
