Firstly you have to choose good quality polymer clays. Polymer/ceramic clays are widely available in the market with various brand names, but in this post I recommend you to use clays from AMACO/Brent. There are some types of clays you can use according to your need, low fire clays, high fire clays, self hardening, and so on. Of course, the use of talc-free clays provides maximum results of baking or drying process. One more thing, always store the clays away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and dust.
