Video games technology increasingly become popular when they go to the scope of the company with the goal to provide training and other tools that can save the cost of the company. Based on Forrester Research Inc., a video gaming technology is also used by companies to search for the youngster still productive and help generate information technology-friendly environment.

Forrester Research Inc. revealed that some companies have started using the game to seriously evaluate the performance of employees. They also defines that the use of the game or the game dynamic is not merely to entertain players, but also provide inspiration for more specific actions, to give effect to the changes shaping the attitudes and attitude, or to give lessons in the achievement of specific goals the organization or company.

According to the Forrester report, most companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Volvo and the Hilton Hotel choose serious games tool to train employees in the various tasks. Forrester also notes that many of the IT department that has to learn to use the technology, video games such as virtualization and video conference to help getting company requirement in the context of saving energy. As IT department, they are very pleased with these technologies, and they want to use video games to help reduce the cost of training and education officials.
Forrester rate on the use of video game technology, this depends on the goal of the game in the company. For example, Hilton Hotel provides service of game “Ultimate Team Player”, which surveyed used for loyalty and customer satisfaction that will be done by the hotel guests before they check-out from the hotel.
